About Lohia Corp

Lohia Corp is among the major manufacturers of machines and equipment for technical textile machinery in the world, with its specialization being in the production of PP & HDPE woven fabric and sacks (Raffia).

Currently, on the date of March 31, 2025, Lohia Corp has an annual capacity of 240 tapelines, 13,800 circular looms, and 108,000 tape winders.

Among Company product portfolio include tape extruder lines, circular looms, coating and laminating lines, printing and converting machines, multifilament yarn machines, twister winders, monofilament extruding lines, recycling lines, spare parts, etc.

The product is applicable to both the packaging and non-packaging industry. Our product range is used in the manufacturing of cement, fertilizer, chemicals, polymers, food grain and mineral bags, shopping bags, FIBC, and container liners, as well as tarpaulin, geotextile, ground cover, carpet backing, ropes, and twine applications.

Lohia Corp IPO - Anchor Investors

Lohia Corp Limited finalised its anchor investor allocation on July 22, 2026, raising ₹492.11 crore from 27 institutional investors at an anchor price of ₹425 per share

The anchor book comprises 1,15,79,133 equity shares allocated across domestic mutual funds, life insurance companies, and foreign portfolio investors. Domestic mutual funds received 63.20% of the anchor allocation through 7 fund houses across 13 schemes, including ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (two schemes), Nippon India Mutual Fund (two schemes), Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (two schemes), Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (two schemes), Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (three schemes), Tata Mutual Fund, and Canara Robeco Mutual Fund. Life insurance companies received 14.64% of the anchor allocation, with SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd receiving the highest share at 6.10%, followed by Tata AIA Life Insurance at 4.47%, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance at 2.04%, and Edelweiss Life Insurance at 2.03%.

Foreign portfolio investors including Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust PLC, India Acorn Fund Ltd, Nomura Singapore, Societe Generale, and Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius also participated.
